HAUNTED DENVER USERS, BEFORE YOU CALL OR EMAIL:
- Please don't call or email and ask for personal recommendations. We're not a personal advice service, and you can read the reviews just like everyone else. Especially don't ask which haunted house is the mellowest for your 10-year old's birthday party. We get half a dozen of these calls a day. Haunts generally aren't suitable for kids under 12. Go to Chuck E. Cheese if you're worried about your kid getting scared, because the point of haunted houses is to SCARE YOU.
- Please don't call or email and ask how you can be on our Critics team. The best way to have a shot (and it's a slim one) is to write reviews of all the haunts you visit and post them on our October Lounge message boards. If you call and ask, we'll hang up on you.
- Please don't call or email to ask about a haunted house you've heard rumors about but doesn't appear on our site, especially if it’s the one where you get your money back. If it's not already listed here, it probably doesn't exist.
- Please don't call or email for anything that's not business related. We return calls from media or from people inquiring about business partnerships, and so on. If it's a personal question then post it on our October Lounge message boards. You'll have a much better chance of getting an answer.
