LOCATION:

The Los Angeles community, which Ardmore Boulevard runs through, is pretty and well thought of. Nice homes line the proud boulevard, north and south, for several miles. The community counts a ghost or two as its residents.

IN THE BEGINNING:

This house has a sad history. A girl apparently died here following a wild party. A man was murdered here.

GHOSTLY OCCURRENCES AND INCIDENTS:

One resident heard the distinct sound of a champagne cork popping, then the sound of champagne being poured into a glass.

Other residents heard three loud raps on their bedroom door, but no one was there. The phantom sounds of doorknobs turning were heard by some.

The brief but shrill sound of whistling was heard by some. At night some heard the heavy sound of footsteps walking to the garage and stopping. They sound of footsteps walking AWAY from the garage were never heard.

WHERE IT'S LOCATED:

The current occupants wish to keep their identities and home address secret.

This is a private residence. Tours are not given.
